About Ai Processnet

A Central Hong Kong practice focused on anti-fraud financial audit case work.

Why we exist

Fraud allegations rarely arrive with a tidy folder. They arrive as a tip, a suspense account that will not clear, or a supplier invoice that looks familiar for the wrong reasons. Ai Processnet was formed in Hong Kong to give boards and finance leaders a disciplined way to open, track, and close those matters without losing the evidentiary thread.

How we work

We treat each allegation as a case: numbered, scoped, and status-tracked. Fieldwork follows ordinary audit craft — sampling, reconciliations, interview notes, and working-paper review — with extra care for evidence preservation and privilege coordination when counsel is involved.

Our office is at Edinburgh Tower on Queen’s Road Central, close to the banks, listing sponsors, and in-house legal teams who typically sit beside an open fraud file.

People

Engagements are led by practitioners with backgrounds in external audit, internal audit, and investigative fieldwork across trading, logistics, and listed-group structures common in Hong Kong. We staff leanly: a partner-level reviewer, a fieldwork lead, and specialists only when the case needs industry or language coverage.

Values in practice

  • Case clarity over volume — we decline work we cannot staff properly.
  • Independence — we will not take a case where a prior advisory relationship impairs objectivity.
  • Plain reporting — findings are written for directors and counsel, not padded with jargon.

Community and place

Hong Kong’s mix of holding companies, cross-border subsidiaries, and cash-intensive trading businesses shapes the irregularities we see most often: related-party round-tripping, procurement kickbacks, and fictitious revenue cut-off. Our case methods are built around those patterns.
